It has been a while since I have posted anything here, I had surgery on both hands in February and have just gotten to where I can do normal things again.
So of course I go back on Monday for another round of operations.
High today of 109F; it is 8 in the evening and still 105.
As I was heading out from my home I looked across the field and saw my neighbor driving his tractor. No, this is not strange.
But, he had a flock of forty six (more or less) white cranes following him across the field. Running, flying, circling, right behind him as he drove away.
I have removed more or less all of my social media accounts, and for one simple reason: I am sick to death of being constantly bombarded with hatred, vitriol and pure poisonous behavior because of this or that political belief / party / agenda.
