My favourite Chinese dish is Spare Ribs (Dry) if really succulent, or Sea Bass steamed with Soy & Ginger, or something spicy like Szechuan or Kung-Po. Is that the Isle of Wight in the background, or a ship? First place I worked was Havant, my Dad was born in Fratton, and my Grandad worked on Portsmouth Harbour station throughout the war.
