When I feel sad I try to be aware of life, remind myself the progress I have made, I try to be aware that my serotonin is a little down, and I give myself time, I let that sadness come out being aware of it so as not to reach a self-destructive state, I meditate, I take care of myself and I remind myself that happiness cannot exist without the opposite state, I remind myself that I should not demand so much of myself and I flow with existence,
how do u manage it?

I try to distract myself with something I love such as music. I also find cuddles with my dogs help a lot! 🐶❤
