You matter, and your life matters, but respect all of the other lives too. The things that you love, fair enough, won't always love you too. Less taking, less talking, spend a little more time walking. Slow down, be grateful, and insult yourself less often. Think critically about things because old people are consistently wrong, and young people know much less than they've ever led on. You're never really owed closure, so be ready to just move along. You will not hear good reasons for every time that you're wronged. There is no prize in life for how many times you were right. Let go of petty arguments; good relationships end with fights. Don't shit on one thing to praise its opposite. Learn understanding in several languages; you'll need a lot of it. It's hard to be nice, and life feels better when you sleep. Loneliness hits all of us hard; it's not just because you're weak. You're appreciated far more than you'll ever realize. People don't always say how they love the sunlight in your eyes. You're cooler than you think, and we'll forgive the things you've done. And all this bullshit will one day be over, so do what you need to have some fun.
