I almost didn't go out today I am pretty sore, though I shot my best game on longs +6 with a over hundred foot putt for birdie also best I've done. I love disc golf :)
Well I haven't been on in awhile, been sober since November it's been a challenge and rare for me. I'm still in laid off and most likely will be till end of summer or longer. I hope everyone has been well.

when I started doing yoga and meditation, it got better. Sincerely, I advise meditation, singing mantras, playing sports and eliminating alcohol and cigarettes will be better.

@amorous yeah things like this is why I believe in independent studies, the FDA,WHO are all backed by billionaires to make billions of pharmaceutical solutions. I've stated since day one this was more genetic than anything and that was from small research!
