Happy weekend! What is your favorite cocktail to unwind?

Yeah, the edibles can be all over the place. I usually take them later in the evening. Any time a high hits hard, I just want to lie down (sleepiness, dizziness), so it works out pretty well at getting me to bed by midnight if I take them around 9pm or 10pm. I've also found a half dose is sometimes all I need. Tinctures seem much more consistent, but I haven't found any particular ones I like. Delta 8 tincture was pretty good for a warm fuzzy high, but it is no longer legal here. What is your main drink for unwinding now?

It depends on what I have in my liquor cabinet. Right now I only have tequila so margaritas are my go to. I do really love a good gin and tonic. When I’m feeling really fancy, I like to make Tiki rum drinks

Most of the holiday candy is lower tier, so for me it's probably ham and deviled eggs. :D

Mocha frappe <3 But, I still have a little matcha frappe mix from last year to use. I usually added frozen blueberries to it.

@catdad I also have 3 but they are the whole age spectrum! I have a 2 yr, 10yr, and 16yr old!

My youngest is Celia, about 14 years old - an 11.5 lbs smoky gray long-hair with a white bib, tummy, and feet. I adopted 'Kitty' from my parents in 2017 when my dad moved into assisted living. She's about 18 years old, about 6 lbs, and a medium hair tortoiseshell. I adopted Wily (pronounced why-lee) from my mom in 2019 when she moved to a duplex that didn't allow pets. She's 17 (possibly 18 later this year), about 14 lbs, and a black and white short hair.

Super duper cutie, love the eye makeup too! 😍 I do however know from experience that all the compliments in the world don't mean as much if you don't feel the same about yourself. I have had a stammer for as long as I can remember and as an introvert who doesn't like standing out, I hate it. I've done speech therapy and that has helped but its still something I would love to disappear.
